Carlisle Joins “Dividend Kings” 

On August 6, 2026 Carlisle announced a 14% increase in the Company’s regular quarterly dividend, marking Carlisle’s 50th consecutive annual dividend increase.

With this increase, Carlisle joins the elite group of “Dividend Kings,” U.S. public companies that have raised their annual dividend for at least 50 consecutive years, a distinction held by fewer than 60 currently listed U.S. public companies.

Since 2016, Carlisle has deployed more than $13 billion of capital toward reinvestment in the business, acquisitions, share repurchases, and dividends, sustaining this balanced approach throughout the Company’s transformation into a pure-play building products portfolio.
