The Green House Homes at Mirasol is transforming eldercare and skilled nursing care. Through the Green House® Project model, our community is built around the core values of Meaningful Life, Empowered Staff, and Real Home. We offer nine that each consist of 10-person household residences. Each home is small in scale and self-sufficient, designed to reinforce the identity of each resident.

The Green House Homes at Mirasol has worked hard to build a competitive rewards package for our Full Time team members with the option of participating in a medical plan through Kaiser Permanente, as well as free access to 98point6.  

All elected benefits start fast – the first of the month after 30-days with the company. 

• Full Time Team Members are eligible for company paid Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment plans, and election to participate in Disability, Critical Illness, Hospital, and Accident, in addition to the Kaiser Permanente medical plan. Paid Time Off starts to accrue just 30-days after hire date.
• Leadership Team Members are also eligible for company paid Short Term Disability, Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment plans, and Unlimited Paid Time Off.
• Part Time Team Members are eligible for Paid Time Off that starts to accrue just 30-days after hire date.

All team members have access to Telehealth, discounted Pet Insurance, discounted shopping deals, and supplemental plans such as Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity.
