About ENLYZE

Did you know that industrial machinery is utilized only 30-40% on average and when being used 5-10% is scrap production thus wasting resources, energy and time? We aim to change that by bringing data-driven technologies to the shop floors of the world, reducing industrial waste, improving production quality, enhancing machine utilization and automating machine operation.

We are a young team of about 15 curious and open-minded engineers and business enthusiasts from different international backgrounds.

Our Company Culture

One of the main motivations for us to start ENLYZE was to build a company we all enjoy working for. One where we can take ownership, be creative to solve challenging problems and where ideas matter over job titles - we’re not perfect, but aspire to become all the time.

We value open communication and a feedback-seeking culture that supports learning and growing together. This means there is also time and budget for professional development such as attending conferences, access to online courses, books and other learning materials.

We believe you know best what you need to perform best so we offer flexible working hours, home office and a free choice of hardware and OS.

As we find it important that everyone of us has a real share of the company, you will get a stake in ENLYZE through ESOP.

We work in a modern industrial loft in the heart of Cologne-Ehrenfeld, a creative working environment with 2 minute walking distance from Ehrenfeld-Station.

To stay as bonded as we are as a team, we have regular team events like bouldering, badminton or just going out for a meal.

Our Recruiting Process

Screening

Once we have received your application it will take a few days until we have screened it and will get back to you.

First Call

In case it looks like we are a good match we will invite you fo a first call with one of our founders and colleagues from the specific team you are looking to join. Here you and us will have the chance to get to know each other better and clarify all kind of questions about the role and working together.

Challenge & On-Site Visit

As a next step there will be an online challenge in order to give us a better impression on how you you think, approach and solve challenges. We will have a subsequent meeting to discuss your solution in person so you also get a solid impression of how it would be to work with us. This meeting will be on-site so you can get a good feel of our working environment, the team and everyday office atmosphere.
