The different stages

• Telephone interview - 15/30 min
• Two non-eliminatory online exercises, systematically debriefed
• HR interview - 1 hour
• Operational/managerial interview - 1 hour

Because the first few days in a company are crucial, we are offering you an induction programme that will enable you to be supported step by step as you take up your new post.

You will be welcomed by a member of the management team at your Welcome Day, our group meeting where you will learn about our strategy, our challenges and our values.

You will then be integrated into your team and supported by a mentor who will help you to integrate and develop your skills. You'll also benefit from close management support throughout your career.
