Granby Ranch includes a 451-acre conservation easement that ‘preserves and protects the perpetuity of existing wildlife, natural and ecological values of our property.’ It is on this land that local elk herds spend their winters. 

We also work closely with Headwaters Trails Alliance, a nonprofit advocacy organization for trails in Grand County, to expand and connect the broader community with high quality, low impact trails. Moreover, we donate annually to local organizations, such as the Grand Foundation—a philanthropic organization that seeks to improve the quality of life in Grand County by addressing needs in the areas of health and human services, arts and culture, education, amateur sports, and environment.  As we like to say, ‘a rising tide lifts all boats;’ thus, we strive not only for our own community’s success but for the success of our Grand County neighbors.
