JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS (JDE) has built a strong market place both in out Retail and Professional business unit in Denmark. 

The Nordic Headquarter, leading the Retail business, has relocated in 2017 to Copenhagen, Denmark with almost 100 associates supporting Denmark, Norway and Sweden in different functions.

The love of coffee and tea is a big part of our everyday lives. At our offices coffee shops, show tooms and a coffee laboratory play a big role in our work, and are used for coffee breaks, coffee trainings and customer visits. 

Through this dedicated organisation and extended reach, our brands truly offer a coffee for every cup.

The Professional division is based in Middelfart with more than 100 associates who supply full solutions of coffee & tea, machines, accompanying items and technical service, to a range of customers in the Out of Home segment. 

JDE Professional is Denmark's leading supplier of coffee solutions to the private and public sector with over 15,000 customers and Denmark's strongest service team. We roast and sell some of the best brands like Gevalia, Café Noir, Karat, Senseo, Tassimo, Douwe Egberts and Piazza d'Oro as well as Pickwick tea.

JDE Professional is a result of Merrild Professional (DE Master Blenders 1753) and Gevalia Professional (Mondelez coffee), which has created the world's largest pure coffee business.

We roast and sell some of the best brands like Gevalia, L'Or, Café Noir, Karat, Senseo, Tassimo, and Pickwick Tea in Denmark. 

All Gevalia products are roasted and blended in our factory in Gävle, Sweden. To our rostery, sealed containers come from exotic places like Indian Malabar, Indonesia's islands, Central America's mountains, Anderna's slopes and Ethiopian highlands - on a day between 150 and 200 tons of coffee beans. There are now no less than thirty-five different kinds of Gevalia coffee.
