Foundational teams, like InfoSec, provide oversight and guidance while collaborating with business units across the company. 

The InfoSec team is focused on enabling our engineers to build and ship secure products. We achieve this by blending third-party tooling with in-house systems to improve many types of code including backend, frontend, infrastructure, and mobile. We also work alongside product and infrastructure teams to build world-class products for both customers and employees.

As a Security Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to build and integrate security systems across Block, collaborating with engineers throughout the company. You'll improve security features, like application certificates, and  enable teams to safely run their software on any supported platform. Your work will impact all engineers, employees, and customers across Block by developing software that is core to company security.

Along the way you will have plenty of opportunities to meet and interact with engineers from across the company working on unique problems and uncovering remarkable solutions.
