Ubisoft in India began its journey in 2008 with a studio in Pune with around 40 employees and now stands proudly at 1200+ employees. In 2018, we inaugurated Ubisoft Mumbai making it the second Ubisoft studio in India. Ubisoft Pune is one of the oldest and a fully integrated video game development studio in India. The team has expertise in Mobile and Console Gaming and has a Quality Control team dedicated to ensuring high-quality games. The studio also has a full-fledged automation team working towards innovating the game testing process. The Mumbai studio is young and vibrant - and is ready to extend its creative vision and expertise to explore new paths and extend the legacy of Ubisoft in India. As a part of the Game Development ecosystem the presence in Mumbai is also strengthened through a Research Lab settled within one of the most prestigious campuses in India. This setup also allows Ubisoft to carry on innovative programs in the field of AI and Machine learning. Ubisoft in India’s portfolio includes Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell® HD Trilogy for PSN, Prince of Persia® Classic (iOS), and Assassin’s Creed® Rearmed (iOS), Far Cry® (Xbox 360 and PS3™), Far Cry 3 (PS4™, Xbox One), South Park™: The Stick of Truth™ (PS4™, Xbox One) and South Park™ The Fractured But Whole™ (Nintendo Switch™), Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake and Riders Republic. Ubisoft Pune has also been contributing on multiple fronts in the development of Just Dance® titles.
