About Us

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is the payments consulting advisory arm of Visa. This group is a client-facing global team of several hundred payments consultants, data scientists and economists in more than 100 cities. The combination of our deep payments expertise, our breadth of data and our economic intelligence allows us to identify actionable insights, recommendations and solutions that drive better business decisions and measurable outcomes for clients.

VCA offers consulting services for issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs and others that span the entire customer journey.

A Closer Look: Visa Consulting

VCA consults with Visa’s clients across the entire payments ecosystem. Our consultants start by digging deep into a client’s performance to proactively identify issues and opportunities using powerful VisaNet strategic benchmarking to enable them to better understand their position in the market.

We help unearth opportunities and show clients what is possible. Based on the key opportunities for a client’s portfolio, a VCA consultant will bring in other Visa experts as needed, including digital marketers, risk and product specialists, UX designers and operational support advisors who bring best practices from leading players around the world and knowledge of Visa’s innovative capabilities.

VCA consultants work closely with clients to create a comprehensive, actionable roadmap that helps them increase their portfolio’s performance.

From strategy, to improving business performance, through to execution, VCA delivers thousands of projects annually, resulting in real tangible value to clients.
