Crown Agents Bank (CAB) is a UK-regulated FX and cross-border payments service provider specialising in hard-to-reach markets. Using our unrivalled network, technology, and expertise, we help governments, institutions, and organisations access underserved geographies and move money where it’s needed.

WHAT WE OFFER

• You will be working for a B Corp certified financial services provider.

• Hybrid working – 3 days a week in the office (some departments may have additional requirements).

• Private medical insurance - health and wellbeing is important, so employees receive comprehensive Private Medical Insurance, which can be extended to partners and children, and access to online GP services with appointments available 24/7.

• Volunteering days – 2 days a year to give back to the community, individually or in a group.

• Income protection and life assurance – if employees become permanently unable to work through illness or disability, this is covered through income protection, our life assurance pays out to the employees’ beneficiaries.

• Pension – we offer a pension scheme with a 2% base employee contribution and a 7% base employer contribution. The employer offers additional matching up to a maximum of 10% depending on the employee's contribution.

• Additional benefits - we review our benefit offering regularly and offer further local benefits such as cycle-to-work and attractive employee discounts.
