Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania regularly welcomes resumes from qualified professionals in the education, therapy, administration, and transportation fields. Key positions include Certified Special Education and Early Childhood Education Teachers; Teacher Assistants; Speech-Language, Occupational, Physical, and Behavior Therapy professionals; and School Transportation personnel. Opportunities in these professions, as well as additional areas, may become available throughout the year.

We provide comprehensive services within a wide array of diverse settings, allowing our team members experience within preschools, day cares, private homes and charter schools. Professionals at Easterseals work in a team environment with other skilled professionals to share resources and continually learn new practices. Mentoring is available from experienced staff. All employees must have the following required background checks in place prior to starting work: Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) clearance issued under the Department of Human Services (DHS); Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) Criminal History Clearance; Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance; National Sex Offender Registry (NSOR) Verification Certificate; those who have resided outside of Pennsylvania within the previous five years of employment and/or still reside outside of Pennsylvania must obtain a State criminal history check, State sex offender registry check and State child abuse and neglect registry check from the State(s) in which they resided; Act 168 forms. Health assessment, TB, and mandated reporter training documentation are due within 30 days of hire. Additional requirements as needed based on position.
