Requirements:

• Academic Excellence: Candidates must demonstrate academic achievement, with a degree or Master of Architecture / Bachelor of Landscape Architecture.
• Passion for Design: We seek individuals with a genuine passion for the discipline and a curious, innovative approach to problem-solving and regenerative design.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success at Hassell.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset are key qualities we value in all our team members.
• Team Player: You should thrive in a collaborative environment but also be capable of working independently. Showcasing examples of extra-curricular activities or work experience that highlight these skills will strengthen your application.
• Software Experience: Exposure to Revit and Rhino will be advantageous, as these are key tools we use in our practice.
