Who we are:

IOTA Community Schools is a network of four public charter schools in Memphis, Tennessee. We operate both "fresh start" schools and "zoned-enrollment" turnaround schools. From 6th through 12th grades, our schools serve predominantly minority and low-income populations likely to be first-generation college attendees.

Interview Process

1. Online Application

Once you have submitted your application online, our Human Capital team will perform an initial resume screen and credential check. This helps us determine where you may best fit at IOTA.

2. Phone Interview

Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in a phone interview with a member of the Human Capital team to learn more about you and answer any questions.

3. Performance-Based Task

Candidates will be invited to complete an assignment that closely aligns with the role expectation. As a teaching organization, candidates will receive detailed feedback and support.

4. School Site Interview

This is an opportunity for you to demonstrate your instructional strength by possibly performing a demo lesson, as well as become acquainted with the school leadership team and colleagues.

5. Reference Checks 

Following successful reference checks, IOTA will determine your starting salary based on years of experience.
