ITW is proud to partner with ITW David Speer Academy by opening up spaces for Speer students to grow academically and professionally. In addition to the one-of-a-kind high school internship program we offer to Speer students, we also encourage Speer alumni to apply for our internships for college students.

ITW is a manufacturing company, but we offer paid internships in many different fields: engineering, marketing, accounting, IT, and HR, among others. Our interns are viewed as trusted team members, so we’ll give you real-world, hands-on experiences to help ignite your full potential. On top of that, we’ll make sure you have the tools you need for career development, including strong coaching, mentorship, and networking with senior leaders at ITW.
