Ingram's mariners are the lifeblood of our organization. Typical towboat crews include Deckhands, Deck Leads, Mates, Cooks, Engineers and Pilots. Ingram offers an industry-leading deck skills training facility and opportunities for quick advancement. We also offer in-house pilot training and junior engineer programs. We employ mariners from all across the southeast, midwest and northeast United States, and operate on the Mississippi, Ohio, Tennessee, Cumberland, Monongahela and Illinois Rivers. We also operate on the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway between New Orleans and Houston.
