We are on a mission to ensure all of our students are prepared for success in college, career, and beyond and seek dedicated professionals to join our team.
WHO WE LOOK FOR
We know from research and experience that the single most influential factor in a student’s success is the quality of their teachers. At KIPP, we are eager to work with mission-driven teachers from diverse racial and socioeconomic backgrounds. We value teachers as professionals, and encourage them to be leaders, to collaborate, and to constantly improve their craft. We search for educators who embody our core values: trust, joy, high expectations, a growth mindset, commitment to team, and sustainability.
