It's official! 1. An HR team member will review your resume and/or cover letter
2. You’ll be invited for an initial phone interview with HR where you will be asked a series of questions related to your interest in the role and the company, your experience with customer service, teamwork, feedback, and how your personal and professional core values align with the company's 
3. Next, you’ll participate in a virtual interview with the hiring manager where you’ll be asked some behavioral and situational questions
4. Then, you’ll be asked to complete an assessment activity which gives you the chance to gain insight into the roles' tasks
5. Next, you’ll participate in a panel interview with potential colleagues to continue learning more about the company, position, and the team
6. As a last step in our process, you’ll meet with a Sr. Manager or Executive Team member
7. We will make a final decision and let you know

The entire time the recruiter, who is a member of our HR team, will keep you in the loop with status updates.
