Patient Care Support

If you love helping people and making a real difference, patient care support may be the perfect place to start or grow your career in healthcare. These roles are hands-on, people-focused, and essential to creating safe, positive experiences for every patient.

Working directly with patients is a special responsibility. Our teams often see patients at their most vulnerable moments. With compassion, skill, and teamwork, you’ll help them feel safe, cared for, and supported on their journey to healing.

We have a wide range of patient care support roles across our hospitals and clinics, including:

  • Medical Assistants – Certified and non-certified opportunities available. Support both clinical and administrative duties in our provider practices and clinics. Not yet credentialed? Our Medical Assistant Apprenticeship program can help you get there!

  • Nursing Assistants – Start your career in a hospital setting. Begin as a Nursing Assistant, grow into a Nurse Technician, and even pursue becoming a Registered Nurse – with our support along the way!

  • Phlebotomists – Work directly with patients to draw blood for testing, diagnosis, and transfusions, while also providing reassurance during what can be a stressful moment. From there, many phlebotomists go on to advance their careers into roles like Medical Lab Scientist and.

Non-Patient Care Support

Great healthcare doesn’t just happen at the bedside. It takes a dedicated team of people working behind the scenes to make sure our patients – and our teams – have what they need, when they need it. From preparing meals to transporting patients, from sanitizing surgical equipment to keeping our facilities clean and safe, these roles are the backbone of our health system.
