Founded in 1948, Norco is a Pacific Northwest staple that is headquarted out of Boise, ID with more than 80 locations across our footprint of Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Nevada, Washington, Utah and Wyoming. These locations include everything from our Medical Qualification Centers, to our physical stores, to our production and ASU Plants.

What is an ESOP?

ESOP stands for Employee Stock Ownership Program and is a way to provide a company's workforce with an ownership interest in the company. These plans are a form of retirement option at no cost to the employee. The employee is allotted shares based on seniority and a vesting schedule which are paid out upon retirement or the employee leaving the company. 

In addition to having a financial stake in the company through the private disbursement of shares to employees, it means that you will have rights and responsibilities that add another level of personal pride and reward in your quality of work. As an employee owner you will have the right to:

  • share in the financial success of our company
  • access the information that illustrates how our actions and decisions affect company profitability
