Oxygen at Work was officially founded in 2017. Our main offices are in Zurich and Berlin, where most of our team is based. As a start-up with around 50 employees and over 500 clients, we are continually expanding.

While unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause delays, our goal is to complete the entire process—from your first screening call to a signed contract—within one month.

1. Initial Screening Call (Online)
We will begin with an online screening call to get to know you better and to discuss your qualifications and experience.

2. In-Person Meeting with the Team
You will first meet in person with the head of your potential team. Following that, you will have the opportunity to meet with the entire team you would be working with. This will give you a chance to experience the environment and get to know your potential colleagues. If you are applying for a position in our Greenery team, you will have a test day where you accompany one of our Greenery Specialists instead of the two meetings.

3. Meeting with our Co-Founders (Online or In-Person)
Following that, you will have a conversation with our co-founders, either online or in person, to align on values and vision.

4. Contract Offer
If everything aligns, we will move forward with a contract offer. 📝
