Community and empowerment is central to the PRISM Bags team and our business. In the past, we’ve created a community by bringing together over 27,000 people to end the tax on menstrual products in CA, partnered with local nonprofits to provide access to free menstrual products in low-income schools, and led classroom conversations with youth around equity.

We bring this ethos to our hiring practices, as we work with the LA Chamber of Commerce (Tech Talent Pipeline) to hire women, minorities, and interns from underrepresented backgrounds in the Greater Los Angeles area. Through our 10-week program, we provide career mentorship and hands-on projects to help our interns gain tangible skills that are highly applicable in the workforce.
