At Starcom UK, we are proud of our ethos to be Smarter. Faster. Braver. Over the past few years, we’ve developed our intelligence-driven model to fuse together media, creativity, technology and data to drive faster growth for our clients.

We set ourselves a bold ambition: to build the media agency of the future. A new type of agency that draws on consultancy model ways of working, to operate more like a tech company than a traditional media business. This new model was built on Smarter use of data, Faster ways of working, and a Braver culture and work.

We built a transformational programme to support our media partners, are continuously delivering outstanding client work, industry innovation, attracting the best talent across the industry, winning industry awards, including being shortlisted for Agency of the Year at the Campaign Media Week and Oystercatcher Awards this year, and secured a place on Campaign’s Best Places to Work list for the second year running.

Our Culture

The future lies in bringing together media, creativity and data to create powerful experiences that will drive faster growth. We are the flagship Publicis Media agency to do this through our Power of One client teams.

We think about culture differently.

Culture isn’t a tick-box. We define it as the way working at Starcom makes us feel. We place focus on emotional wellbeing through Headline, our Mental Health Wellbeing programme, and offer free Headspace subscriptions. Our Becoming initiative supports mums and dads on their journey to becoming parents and re-joining the working world. We’re committed to looking after our junior talent and our apprentices and execs enjoy some of the highest starting salaries in the industry.

Diversity and Inclusion

We’re focused on empowering our people and creating an open and inclusive culture that reflects society. We’re proud of the work we’ve already undertaken. Our initiatives include our Future Leaders and mentoring and reverse mentoring programmes. Our Future Leading Talent programme focuses on building a workforce representative of the UK, not just because it will help us create better work and attract the best people and clients but because it’s the right thing to do.
