Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the Group's overall goals.
• Manage and maintain the Group's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Ensure the security and integrity of all patient data and electronic health records (EHR).
• Implement and manage data governance policies to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Develop and maintain user-friendly information systems to support clinical care, administrative functions, and patient communication.
• Provide IT support and training to all Siloam Hospitals and clinics.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and identify opportunities to leverage them for improved healthcare delivery.
