About the Department
The Siloam Hospital Group Network Development Department acts as the architect of the Group's geographic expansion and service diversification. This department is responsible for strategically growing the network of Siloam Hospitals and clinics, ensuring accessibility to high-quality healthcare across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify potential locations for new hospitals and clinics, considering factors like population density, healthcare needs, and existing competition.
- Develop and implement strategies for network expansion, including acquisitions, partnerships, and greenfield development (building new hospitals).
- Oversee the planning, construction, and equipment procurement for new healthcare facilities.
- Design and implement operational models tailored to the specific needs of different regions and communities.
- Integrate new facilities into the existing Siloam Hospitals network, ensuring seamless patient care and operational efficiency.
- Foster collaboration between Network Development and other Directorates, such as Medical and Human Capital, to ensure new facilities are well-equipped and staffed.
