- Foster a culture of quality improvement and patient safety throughout the Group.
Nursing Focus:
- Develop and implement high standards of nursing practice across the network.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of nurses, ensuring competency and skill development.
- Foster a supportive and professional work environment for nurses.
- Advocate for professional development opportunities for nurses and promote continuous learning.
