Siloam Ambon is the 39th hospital branch of Siloam Hospitals Group and also the first Siloam Group hospital in eastern Indonesia.

Siloam Ambon initially operated on 29 July 2020 as a special hospital for the treatment of COVID-19 patients as a form of Siloam Hospitals Group's support for the local government in handling the Covid-19 pandemic.

Located on Jl. Sultan Hasanudin Kel. Hative Kecil, Kec. Sirimau, Siloam Hospitals Ambon is equipped with a number of facilities and supporting health services including 24-hour emergency room, ICU, isolation room, 24-hour laboratory and radiology services, operating room, and pharmacy. Siloam Ambon also has health workers, both specialists and sub-specialists who are expert and ready to serve all the health needs of the community in Ambon and surrounding areas.
