Siloam Hospitals Paal Dua is a class C hospital established on 7 November 2019 and is the 2nd Siloam Hospitals hospital after previously established Siloam Hospitals Manado in June 2012. 

On 20 April 2020, the North Sulawesi provincial government designated Siloam Hospitals Paal Dua as a COVID-19 referral hospital. However, along with the reduction of COVID-19 transmission in North Sulawesi Province, in April 2021 Siloam Hospitals Paal Dua returned to serving general / non-COVID-19 patients for both outpatient and inpatient services.
