We process personal data about you for the purpose of your application for one of our job offers. The processing of your data is permitted because it is necessary for the decision on your employment. 

In the event of employment, we may continue to process the personal data already received to the extent necessary for the performance of the employment relationship or for the exercise of related rights and obligations.   

3. What categories of personal data do we process? 

We process data related to your application. This may include general information about you (such as your name, address, and contact information), information from your resume or cover letter, or other information you provide to us in connection with your job application.  

4. Data processing when the website is accessed 

When you use our website or the services offered on it, we also collect and process data. You can find detailed information about this in the privacy policy of the respective service you are currently using.    

5. Disclosure of data to third parties 

We will only transfer your personal data to third parties if the transfer is necessary and there is a corresponding legal basis. Third parties are our affiliates and subcontractors. A transfer of your personal data to affiliated companies may take place, for example, if you have given your consent to be included in the talent pool. 6. Data transfer to third countries 

Data transfer to a third country is not intended. It is only possible if you are included in the talent pool and an affiliated company of the Stepstone Group based in a third country accesses your application.  

7. Deletion period 

We process personal data only for as long as this is necessary for the purpose stated above. The personal data will then be deleted, provided that no statutory retention periods preclude data deletion. Applications will be deleted after the end of the application process. The period is calculated as follows, unless we have a legal reason to keep your data for longer, e.g. due to legal proceedings: 

• If you are applying for a job in Belgium: 3 months after the end of the application process 
• If you are applying for a job in Germany: 3 months after the end of the application process 
• If you are applying for a job in France: 2 years after the last contact regarding your application process 
• If you are applying for a job in Ireland: 12 months after the end of the application process 
• If you are applying for a job in Luxembourg: 3 months after the end of the application process 
• If you are applying for a job in Austria: 7 months after the end of the application process 
• If you are applying for a job in Poland: According to the statute of limitations for claims related to discrimination in hiring practices.  
• If you are applying for a job in Switzerland: 3 months after the end of the application process 
• If you are applying for a job in Spain: 12 months after the end of the application process 
• If you are applying for a job in South Africa: 6 months after the end of the application process 
• If you are applying for a job in United Kingdom: 6 months after the end of the application process 

If you are accepted into the talent pool, your application will be deleted 5 years after admission to the talent pool. Admission takes place after your consent has been given.   

8. Talent pool 

You can choose whether you want to be included in our talent pool or not. A talent pool is a database of potential candidates that is accessible not only to the company you have applied to, but also to affiliated companies of the Stepstone Group. The talent pool allows us to quickly find candidates who have already applied for jobs at Stepstone and to check whether another advertised position matches their skills. To ensure easy findability, we will sort and mark all applications of the talent pool by profession, whereby certain skills or other characteristics will be provided with a so-called "tag". 

The assignment to a professional group or a day is done by CV parsing. Resume parsing is a technology that reads your resume and extracts the information relevant to the application process. In addition, tags can still be assigned manually by the recruiters if further information emerges from the application process. In addition, we can receive information from you by filling out a form when you are accepted into the talent pool.  

9. Demographic Survey  

As part of our demographic study, we collect and process personal data in order to carry out statistical analyses on the composition and development of the labour market. This data goes beyond the usual personal data requested in the application process (e.g. age or disability). The data collected is used exclusively to analyze demographic trends and to create statistical evaluations. Anonymization of all data that can initially be assigned to a person is always carried out at the earliest possible point in time, but at the latest before the statistical evaluation Once anonymization is complete, it is no longer possible to identify individual participants.

10. Rights of data subjects 

If your personal data is processed, you are a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR if you are located in the European Union, or the Swiss Data Protection Act if you are located in Switzerland, POPIA if you are located in South Africa or Data Protection Act if you are located in the United Kingdom. You are entitled to the rights in accordance with Articles 12 et seq. of the GDPR, or Art. 25 et seq. of the Data Protection Act, Section 5 of the POPIA or Art. 12 et seq. of the Data Protection Act vis-à-vis the responsible body. 6. Datenübermittlung in Drittländer 

Eine Datenübermittlung in ein Drittland ist nicht beabsichtigt. Sie ist lediglich dann möglich, wenn du dich in den Talentpool aufnehmen lässt und ein verbundenes Unternehmen der The Stepstone Group mit Sitz in einem Drittland auf deine Bewerbung zugreift.  

7. Speicherdauer 

Wir verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten nur solange dies für den jeweils vorstehend genannten Zweck erforderlich ist. Die personenbezogenen Daten werden anschließend gelöscht, sofern einer Datenlöschung keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsfristen entgegenstehen. Bewerbungen werden nach Beendigung des Bewerbungsverfahrens bei uns gelöscht. Die Frist berechnet sich wie folgt, wenn wir nicht einen rechtlichen Grund haben, deine Daten länger zu behalten, z.B. wegen eines Gerichtsverfahrens: 

• Wenn du dich in Belgien bewirbst: 3 Monate nach Beendigung des Bewerbungsverfahrens 
• Wenn du dich in Deutschland bewirbst: 3 Monate nach Beendigung des Bewerbungsverfahrens 
• Wenn du dich in Frankreich bewirbst: 2 Jahre nach dem letzten Kontakt bzgl. deines Bewerbungsverfahrens 
• Wenn du dich in Irland bewirbst: 12 Monate nach Beendigung des Bewerbungsverfahrens 
• Wenn du dich in Luxemburg bewirbst: 3 Monate nach Beendigung des Bewerbungsverfahrens 
• Wenn du dich in Österreich bewirbst: 7 Monate nach Beendigung des Bewerbungsverfahrens 
• Wenn du dich in Polen bewirbst: Entsprechend der Verjährungsfrist für Ansprüche im Zusammenhang mit Diskriminierung bei der Einstellungspraxis.

Wirst Du in den Talentpool aufgenommen, so wird deine Bewerbung 5 Jahre nach Aufnahme in den Talentpool gelöscht. Die Aufnahme erfolgt nach Erteilung deiner Einwilligung.   

8. Talentpool 

Du hast du Wahl, ob du in unseren Talentpool aufgenommen werden möchtest oder nicht. Ein Talentpool ist eine Datenbank mit potenziellen Kandidat*innen auf den nicht nur das Unternehmen Zugriff hat, bei dem du dich beworben hast, sondern auch verbundene Unternehmen der Stepstone Gruppe. Der Talentpool ermöglicht es uns, Kandidat*innen, die sich bereits auf Stellen bei Stepstone beworben haben, schnell aufzufinden und zu überprüfen, ob eine andere ausgeschriebene Stelle ihren Kompetenzen entspricht. Um die leichte Auffindbarkeit zu gewährleisten, werden wir alle Bewerbungen des Talentpools nach Berufsgruppen sortieren und markieren, wobei bestimmte Fähigkeiten oder andere Merkmale mit einem sogenannten „Tag“ versehen werden. 

Die Zuordnung zu einer Berufsgruppe oder einem Tag erfolgt durch Lebenslauf-Parsen. Lebenslauf-Parsen ist eine Technologie, die deinen Lebenslauf ausliest und daraus die für den Bewerbungsprozess relevanten Informationen extrahiert. Zusätzlich können Tags noch händisch durch die Recruiter*innen vergeben werden, wenn sich aus dem Bewerbungsprozess noch weitere Informationen ergeben. Außerdem können wir noch weitere Informationen von die erhalten, wenn du ein Formular bei Aufnahme in den Talentpool ausfüllst.  

9. Demographic Survey  

Im Rahmen unserer demografischen Studie erheben und verarbeiten wir personenbezogene Daten ausschließlich zu statistischen Zwecken, insbesondere zur Analyse der Zusammensetzung und Entwicklung des Arbeitsmarktes. Dabei kann es sich auch um sensible Angaben handeln, die über die im Bewerbungsverfahren üblichen personenbezogenen Daten hinausgehen – beispielsweise Informationen zum Alter oder zu einer etwaigen Behinderung. Die Verarbeitung erfolgt ausschließlich auf Grundlage deiner freiwilligen und ausdrücklichen Einwilligung. Die erhobenen Daten dienen ausschließlich der Erstellung aggregierter, anonymisierter Auswertungen. Eine Anonymisierung aller Daten, die zu Beginn einer Person zugeordnet werden können, erfolgt grundsätzlich zum frühestmöglichen Zeitpunkt, spätestens jedoch vor der statistischen Auswertung Nach Abschluss der Anonymisierung ist eine Identifikation einzelner Teilnehmer*innen nicht mehr möglich. 

10. Betroffenenrechte 

Werden deine personenbezogenen Daten verarbeitet werden, bist du eine betroffene Person i.S.d. DSGVO, wenn du dich in der Europäischen Union aufhältst, bzw. des Schweizer Datenschutzgesetzes, wenn du dich der Schweiz aufhältst, POPIA, wenn du dich in Südafrika aufhältst oder Data Protection Act, wenn du dich im Vereinigten Königreich aufhältst. Es stehen dir die Rechte gemäß der Artikel 12 ff. DSGVO, bzw. Art. 25 ff. DSG, Section 5 des POPIA oder Art. 12 ff. Data Protection Act gegenüber der verantwortlichen Stelle zu. Diese Rechte beinhalten unter anderem das Zugangsrecht, Recht auf Berichtigung, Recht auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Recht auf Löschung, Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit, Widerspruchsrecht, Recht auf Widerruf der datenschutzrechtlichen Einwilligungserklärung, das Recht nicht-automatisierter Entscheidung im Einzelfall, einschließlich Profiling, sowie das Recht auf Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde. 3. ¿Qué categorías de datos personales tratamos? 

Tratamos los datos relacionados con su solicitud. Esto puede incluir información general sobre usted (como su nombre, dirección e información de contacto), información de su currículo o carta de presentación u otra información que nos proporcione en relación con su solicitud de empleo.  

4. Tratamiento de datos al acceder al sitio web

5. Divulgación de datos a terceros 

Solo transferiremos sus datos personales a terceros si dicha transferencia es necesaria y se ajusta al fundamento legal correspondiente. Como terceros se consideran nuestras filiales y subcontratistas. Podrá realizarse una transferencia de sus datos personales a empresas afiliadas si, por ejemplo, usted ha dado su consentimiento para ser incluido en la reserva de talentos. 6. Transferencia de datos a terceros países 

No está prevista la transferencia de datos a un tercer país. Solo es posible si usted está incluido en la reserva de talentos y una empresa afiliada al Grupo Stepstone con sede en un tercer país accede a su solicitud.  

7. Periodo para la supresión de datos 

Tratamos los datos personales solo durante el tiempo que sea necesario para los fines arriba indicados. Después se eliminarán los datos personales, siempre que no existan plazos legales de conservación que impidan la supresión de los datos. Las solicitudes se eliminarán una vez finalizado el proceso de solicitud. El periodo se calcula de la siguiente manera, a menos que tengamos un motivo legal para conservar sus datos durante más tiempo, como sería el caso, por ejemplo, de un procedimiento judicial: 

• Si solicita un empleo en Bélgica: 3 meses después de finalizar el proceso de solicitud 
• Si solicita un empleo en Alemania: 3 meses después de finalizar el proceso de solicitud 
• Si solicita un empleo en Francia: 2 años después del último contacto relacionado con su proceso de solicitud 
• Si solicita un empleo en Irlanda: 12 meses después de finalizar el proceso de solicitud 
• Si solicita un empleo en Luxemburgo: 3 meses después de finalizar el proceso de solicitud 
• Si solicita un empleo en Austria: 7 meses después de finalizar el proceso de solicitud 
• Si solicita un empleo en Polonia: De conformidad con las prescripciones sobre reclamaciones por discriminación en las prácticas de contratación.  
• Si solicita un empleo en Suiza: 3 meses después de finalizar el proceso de solicitud 
• Si solicita un empleo en  España: 12 meses después de finalizar el proceso de solicitud 
• Si solicita un empleo en Sudáfrica: 6 meses después de finalizar el proceso de solicitud 
• Si solicita un empleo en el Reino Unido: 6 meses después de finalizar el proceso de solicitud 

Si se le acepta en la reserva de talentos, su solicitud se eliminará 5 años después de su admisión en la reserva de talentos. La admisión tiene lugar una vez que usted haya dado su consentimiento.  

8. Reserva de talentos 

Puede elegir si desea ser incluido en nuestra reserva de talentos o no. Una reserva de talentos es una base de datos de candidatos potenciales a la que puede acceder no solo la empresa en la que ha presentado su solicitud, sino también las empresas afiliadas al Grupo Stepstone. La reserva de talentos nos permite encontrar rápidamente candidatos que ya han solicitado un empleo en Stepstone y comprobar si otro puesto anunciado se ajusta a sus aptitudes. Para garantizar una fácil localización, clasificaremos y marcaremos todas las solicitudes de la reserva de talentos por profesiones, por lo que determinadas aptitudes u otras características estarán provistas de una denominada «etiqueta». 

La asignación a un grupo profesional o a una jornada se realiza mediante el análisis del CV. El análisis de currículos es una tecnología que lee su currículo y extrae la información importante para el proceso de solicitud. Además, los reclutadores pueden seguir asignando etiquetas manualmente si surge más información del proceso de solicitud. Asimismo, podemos recibir información suya si rellena un formulario una vez aceptado en la reserva de talentos.  

9. Encuesta demográfica  

Como parte de nuestro estudio demográfico, recopilamos y tratamos datos personales para realizar análisis estadísticos sobre la composición y el desarrollo del mercado laboral. Estos datos van más allá de los datos personales habituales que se le piden en el proceso de solicitud (por ejemplo, edad o discapacidad). Los datos recogidos se utilizan exclusivamente para analizar tendencias demográficas y crear evaluaciones estadísticas. La anonimización de todos los datos que puedan asignarse a una persona al principio se realiza siempre lo antes posible, pero como muy tarde antes de la evaluación estadística. Una vez completada la anonimización, ya no es posible identificar a los participantes individuales.

10. Derechos de la persona interesada 

Cuando se procesan sus datos personales, usted se considera persona interesada en el sentido del RGPD (Reglamento general de protección de datos) si se encuentra en la Unión Europea; en el sentido de la Swiss Data Protection Act (Ley suiza de protección de datos) si se encuentra en Suiza; en el sentido de la POPIA (Ley sudafricana de protección de datos) si se encuentra en Sudáfrica; o en el sentido de la Data Protection Act (Ley británica de protección de datos) si se encuentra en el Reino Unido. 6. Transfert de données vers des pays tiers 

Le transfert de données vers un pays tiers n'est pas prévu. Cela n'est possible que si vous êtes inclus dans le vivier de talents et qu'une société affiliée au groupe Stepstone basée dans un pays tiers accède à votre candidature.  

7. Période de suppression 

Nous ne traitons les données à caractère personnel que pendant la durée nécessaire à la réalisation de l'objectif susmentionné. Les données personnelles seront alors supprimées, à condition qu'aucune période de conservation légale ne s'oppose à la suppression des données. Les candidatures seront supprimées après la fin du processus de candidature. La période est calculée comme suit, à moins que nous n'ayons une raison légale de conserver vos données plus longtemps, par exemple en raison d'une procédure judiciaire : 

• Si vous postulez à un emploi en Belgique : 3 mois après la fin de la procédure de candidature 
• Si vous postulez à un emploi en Allemagne : 3 mois après la fin de la procédure de candidature

• Si vous postulez à un emploi en Autriche : 7 mois après la fin de la procédure de candidature

Si vous êtes accepté dans le vivier de talents, votre candidature sera supprimée 5 ans après votre admission dans le vivier de talents. L'admission a lieu après votre consentement.  

8. Vivier de talents 

Vous pouvez choisir d'être inclus ou non dans notre vivier de talents. Un vivier de talents est une base de données de candidats potentiels qui est accessible non seulement à l'entreprise à laquelle vous avez postulé, mais aussi aux entreprises affiliées au groupe Stepstone. Le vivier de talents nous permet de trouver rapidement des candidats qui ont déjà postulé chez Stepstone et de vérifier si un autre poste annoncé correspond à leurs compétences. Pour faciliter la recherche, nous trierons et marquerons toutes les candidatures du vivier de talents par profession, en attribuant une « étiquette » à certaines compétences ou à d'autres caractéristiques. 

L'affectation à un groupe professionnel ou à une journée se fait par analyse du CV. L'analyse de CV est une technologie qui lit votre CV et en extrait les informations pertinentes pour le processus de candidature. En outre, les recruteurs peuvent encore attribuer des étiquettes manuellement si des informations supplémentaires ressortent du processus de candidature. En outre, nous pouvons recevoir des informations de votre part en remplissant un formulaire lorsque vous êtes accepté dans le vivier de talents.  

9. Enquête démographique  

Dans le cadre de notre étude démographique, nous collectons et traitons des données personnelles afin de réaliser des analyses statistiques sur la composition et l'évolution du marché du travail. Ces données vont au-delà des données personnelles habituelles demandées dans le cadre de la procédure de candidature (par exemple, l'âge ou le handicap). Les données collectées sont utilisées exclusivement pour analyser les tendances démographiques et pour créer des évaluations statistiques L'anonymisation de toutes les données pouvant être attribuées au départ à une personne a lieu en principe le plus tôt possible, mais au plus tard avant l'analyse statistique. Une fois l'anonymisation terminée, il n'est plus possible d'identifier les participants* individuellement.

Privacybeleid voor sollicitaties naar Stepstone Jobaanbiedingen 

Bedankt voor uw interesse in The Stepstone Group (hierna ook "Stepstone", "wij" of "ons" genoemd). Met dit privacybeleid informeren wij u over het type, de omvang en het doel van de persoonlijke gegevens die wij verwerken en over uw rechten als betrokkene.

2. Voor welke doeleinden, en op welke wettelijke basis verwerken wij persoonsgegevens? 

Wij verwerken uw persoonsgegevens in verband met uw sollicitatie naar een van onze vacatures. De verwerking van uw gegevens is toegestaan omdat dat noodzakelijk is voor de beslissing rond uw aanwerving. 

In het geval van aanwerving kunnen wij de reeds ontvangen persoonsgegevens blijven verwerken voor zover dit noodzakelijk is voor de uitvoering van het dienstverband of voor de uitoefening van de daarmee verband houdende rechten en plichten.   

3. Welke categorieën persoonsgegevens verwerken wij? 

Wij verwerken de gegevens met betrekking tot uw sollicitatie. Dit kan algemene informatie over u zijn (zoals uw naam, adres en contactgegevens), informatie uit uw cv of sollicitatiebrief, of andere informatie die u ons mededeelt in verband met uw sollicitatie.  

4. Gegevensverwerking wanneer de website wordt geopend 

Ook wanneer u onze website of de daarop aangeboden diensten gebruikt, verzamelen en verwerken wij gegevens. Gedetailleerde informatie hierover kunt u vinden in het privacybeleid van de betreffende dienst die u op dat moment gebruikt.    

5. Openbaarmaking van gegevens aan derden 

Wij geven uw persoonlijke gegevens alleen door aan derden als dat noodzakelijk is en er een overeenkomstige wettelijke basis is. ‘Derden’ zijn onze gelieerde ondernemingen en onderaannemers. Er kan een overdracht van uw persoonlijke gegevens naar gelieerde bedrijven plaatsvinden, bijvoorbeeld als u toestemming hebt gegeven om in de talentenpool te worden opgenomen. Meer informatie over de talentpool vindt u in hoofdstuk 8.  

Verwerkers zijn bedrijven die persoonsgegevens namens ons en volgens onze instructies verwerken in het kader van een met ons afgesloten overeenkomst.

6. Gegevensoverdracht naar derde landen 

Gegevensoverdracht naar een derde land ligt niet in de bedoeling. Dit is enkel mogelijk indien u opgenomen bent in de talentenpool en een verbonden onderneming van de Stepstone Group gevestigd in een derde land toegang heeft tot uw kandidatuur.  

7. Wisperiode 

Wij verwerken persoonlijke gegevens alleen zolang dat nodig is voor het hierboven vermelde doel. De persoonlijke gegevens worden daarna gewist, op voorwaarde dat er geen wettelijke bewaartermijnen zijn die het wissen ervan in de weg staan. Sollicitaties worden na afloop van de sollicitatieprocedure gewist. De periode wordt als volgt berekend, tenzij wij een wettelijke reden hebben om uw gegevens langer te bewaren, bijvoorbeeld vanwege een gerechtelijke procedure: 

• Als u naar een baan in België solliciteert: 3 maanden na het einde van de sollicitatieprocedure 
• Als u naar een baan in Duitsland solliciteert: 3 maanden na het einde van de sollicitatieprocedure 
• Als u naar een baan in Frankrijk solliciteert: 2 jaar na het laatste contact met betrekking tot uw sollicitatieprocedure 
• Als u solliciteert naar een baan in Ierland: 12 maanden na het einde van de sollicitatieprocedure 
• Als u naar een baan in Luxemburg solliciteert: 3 maanden na het einde van de sollicitatieprocedure 
• Als u solliciteert naar een baan in Oostenrijk: 7 maanden na het einde van de sollicitatieprocedure 
• Als u solliciteert naar een baan in Polen: Volgens de verjaringstermijn voor claims met betrekking tot discriminatie bij aanwervingspraktijken.  
• Als u naar een baan in Zwitserland solliciteert: 3 maanden na het einde van de sollicitatieprocedure 
• Als u naar een baan in Spanje solliciteert: 12 maanden na het einde van de sollicitatieprocedure 
• Als u naar een baan in Zuid-Afrika solliciteert: 6 maanden na het einde van de sollicitatieprocedure 
• Als u solliciteert naar een baan in Verenigd Koninkrijk: 6 maanden na het einde van de sollicitatieprocedure 

Als u wordt toegelaten tot de talentpool, wordt uw sollicitatie 5 jaar na toelating tot de talentpool gewist. De toelating gebeurt nadat uw toestemming is gegeven. 

8. Talentenpool 

U kunt kiezen of u al dan niet in onze talentenpool opgenomen wilt worden. Een talentpool is een database van potentiële kandidaten die niet alleen toegankelijk is voor het bedrijf waar u gesolliciteerd hebt, maar ook voor aangesloten bedrijven van de Stepstone Group. De talentpool stelt ons in staat om snel kandidaten te vinden die al gesolliciteerd hebben bij Stepstone en om te controleren of een andere geadverteerde vacature overeenkomt met hun vaardigheden. Om ervoor te zorgen dat ze gemakkelijk te vinden zijn, sorteren en markeren we alle sollicitaties van de talentenpool op beroep, waarbij bepaalde vaardigheden of andere kenmerken van een zogenaamde "tag" worden voorzien. 

De toewijzing aan een beroepsgroep of een dag gebeurt door CV parsing. CV-parsing is een technologie die uw CV leest en de informatie eruit haalt die relevant is voor het sollicitatieproces. Daarnaast kunnen tags nog steeds handmatig worden toegewezen door de recruiters als er meer informatie naar voren komt uit het sollicitatieproces. Bovendien kunnen wij informatie van u ontvangen doordat u een formulier invult wanneer u tot de talentpool wordt toegelaten. 

9. Demografisch onderzoek  

Als onderdeel van ons demografisch onderzoek verzamelen en verwerken wij persoonsgegevens om statistische analyses uit te voeren over de samenstelling en ontwikkeling van de arbeidsmarkt. Deze gegevens gaan verder dan de gebruikelijke persoonlijke gegevens die tijdens de sollicitatieprocedure worden gevraagd (bijv. leeftijd of handicap). De verzamelde gegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt om demografische trends te analyseren en statistische evaluaties te maken. Anonimisering van alle gegevens die aan het begin aan een persoon kunnen worden toegewezen, wordt altijd zo vroeg mogelijk uitgevoerd, maar uiterlijk vóór de statistische evaluatie. Zodra de anonimisering is voltooid, is het niet langer mogelijk om individuele deelnemers te identificeren.

10. Rechten van betrokkenen 

Als uw persoonlijke gegevens worden verwerkt, bent u een betrokkene in de zin van de GDPR als u zich in de Europese Unie bevindt, of de Zwitserse Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens als u zich in Zwitserland bevindt, POPIA als u zich in Zuid-Afrika bevindt of de Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens als u zich in het Verenigd Koninkrijk bevindt. U hebt recht op de rechten in overeenstemming met Art. 12 e.v. van de GDPR, of Art. 25 en volgende van de Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens, Sectie 5 van de POPIA of Art. 12 e.v. van de Data Protection Act tegenover de verantwoordelijke instantie. Deze rechten omvatten, maar zijn niet beperkt tot het recht op toegang, het recht op rectificatie, het recht op het beperken van de verwerking, het recht op wissen, het recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid, het recht op bezwaar, het recht op herroeping van de verklaring van toestemming onder de wetgeving i.v.m. de gegevensbescherming, het recht op niet-geautomatiseerde beslissingen in individuele gevallen, inclusief profilering, en het recht om een klacht in te dienen bij een toezichthoudende autoriteit. 2. W jakich celach i na jakiej podstawie prawnej przetwarzamy dane osobowe? 

Przetwarzamy Państwa dane osobowe w celu obsługi aplikacji złożonej przez Państwa w odpowiedzi na jedną z naszych ofert pracy. Przetwarzanie Państwa danych jest dozwolone, ponieważ jest niezbędne do podjęcia decyzji o Państwa zatrudnieniu. 

W przypadku zatrudnienia możemy nadal przetwarzać już otrzymane dane osobowe w zakresie niezbędnym do realizacji stosunku pracy lub wykonywania powiązanych z nim praw i obowiązków.   

3. Jakie kategorie danych osobowych przetwarzamy? 

Przetwarzamy dane związane z Państwa aplikacją. Może to obejmować ogólne informacje dotyczące Państwa osoby (takie jak imię i nazwisko, adres i dane kontaktowe), informacje z Państwa CV lub listu motywacyjnego bądź inne informacje przekazane nam przez Państwa w związku ze złożonym podaniem o pracę.  

4. Przetwarzanie danych podczas uzyskiwania dostępu do strony internetowej 

Gromadzimy i przetwarzamy dane również wtedy, gdy korzystają Państwo z naszej strony internetowej lub oferowanych na niej usług. Szczegółowe informacje na ten temat można znaleźć w polityce prywatności danej usługi, z której aktualnie Państwo korzystają.    

5. Ujawnianie danych osobom trzecim 

Będziemy przekazywać Państwa dane osobowe osobom trzecim tylko wtedy, gdy jest to konieczne i istnieje odpowiednia podstawa prawna. Osoby trzecie to nasze podmioty powiązane i podwykonawcy. 6. Przekazywanie danych do państw trzecich 

Nie przewiduje się przekazywania danych do państwa trzeciego. Jest to możliwe tylko wtedy, gdy zostaną Państwo włączeni do puli talentów, a podmiot powiązany Stepstone Group z siedzibą w państwie trzecim uzyska dostęp do Państwa aplikacji.  

7. Okres przechowywania 

Przetwarzamy dane osobowe tylko tak długo, jak jest to konieczne do osiągnięcia wyżej wymienionego celu. Dane osobowe zostaną wówczas usunięte, pod warunkiem, że żadne ustawowe okresy przechowywania nie uniemożliwiają usunięcia danych. Aplikacje zostaną usunięte po zakończeniu procesu rekrutacji. Okres ten oblicza się w opisany poniżej sposób, chyba że mamy prawne uzasadnienie, aby przechowywać Państwa dane dłużej, np. w związku z postępowaniem sądowym: 

• Jeśli ubiegają się Państwo o pracę w Belgii: 3 miesiące po zakończeniu procesu rekrutacji 
• Jeśli ubiegają się Państwo o pracę w Niemczech: 3 miesiące po zakończeniu procesu rekrutacji

Jeśli zostaną Państwo przyjęci do puli talentów, Państwa aplikacja zostanie usunięta 5 lat po przyjęciu do puli talentów. Przyjęcie następuje po wyrażeniu przez Państwa zgody.  

8. Pula talentów 

Mogą Państwo zdecydować, czy chcą zostać włączeni do naszej puli talentów, czy nie. Pula talentów to baza danych potencjalnych kandydatów, która jest dostępna nie tylko dla firmy, do której Państwo aplikowali, lecz także dla podmiotów powiązanych Stepstone Group. Pula talentów pozwala nam szybko znaleźć kandydatów, którzy już ubiegali się o pracę w Stepstone i sprawdzić, czy inne oferowane stanowisko odpowiada ich umiejętnościom. Aby ułatwić wyszukiwanie, będziemy sortować i oznaczać wszystkie aplikacje z puli talentów według zawodów, przy czym określone umiejętności lub inne cechy będą opatrzone tzw. „tagiem”. 

Przypisanie do grupy zawodowej lub dnia odbywa się poprzez parsowanie CV. Parsowanie CV to technologia, która odczytuje Państwa CV i wyodrębnia informacje istotne dla procesu rekrutacji. Ponadto tagi mogą być nadal przypisywane ręcznie przez rekruterów, jeśli w procesie rekrutacji pojawią się dalsze informacje. Dodatkowo, w razie przyjęcia Państwa do puli talentów, możemy otrzymywać od Państwa informacje poprzez wypełniony formularz. 

9. Ankieta demograficzna  

W ramach naszych badań demograficznych gromadzimy i przetwarzamy dane osobowe w celu przeprowadzania analiz statystycznych dotyczących struktury i rozwoju rynku pracy. Dane te wykraczają poza zwykłe dane osobowe wymagane w procesie rekrutacji (np. wiek lub niepełnosprawność). Zebrane dane są wykorzystywane wyłącznie do analizy trendów demograficznych i tworzenia ocen statystycznych. Anonimizacja wszystkich danych, które można przypisać do osoby na początku, jest zawsze przeprowadzana w najwcześniejszym możliwym momencie, ale najpóźniej przed oceną statystyczną. Po zakończeniu anonimizacji identyfikacja poszczególnych uczestników nie jest już możliwa.

10. Prawa osób, których dane dotyczą 

Jeśli Państwa dane osobowe są przetwarzane, są Państwo osobami, których dane dotyczą, w rozumieniu RODO, jeśli znajdują się Państwo w Unii Europejskiej, lub w rozumieniu szwajcarskiej Ustawy o ochronie danych, jeśli znajdują się Państwo w Szwajcarii, w rozumieniu południowoafrykańskiej Ustawy o ochronie danych osobowych (POPIA), jeśli znajdują się Państwo w Republice Południowej Afryki lub brytyjskiej Ustawy o ochronie danych, jeśli znajdują się Państwo w Wielkiej Brytanii. Przysługują Państwu prawa zgodnie z art. 12 i nast. RODO lub art. 25 i nast. szwajcarskiej Ustawy o ochronie danych, art. 5 południowoafrykańskiej Ustawy o ochronie danych osobowych lub art. 12 i nast. brytyjskiej Ustawy o ochronie danych wobec odpowiedzialnego organu. Prawa te obejmują między innymi prawo dostępu, prawo do sprostowania, prawo do ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do usunięcia, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo do sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia zgody na mocy przepisów o ochronie danych, prawo do braku podejmowania zautomatyzowanych decyzji w poszczególnych przypadkach, w tym profilowania, oraz prawo do wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego.
