Who are Rank Group?

We're better known for our brands, Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor Casinos. With around 140 retail locations, we're one of the biggest gaming companies across the UK. 

Our ambition is to become a £1 billion revenue international gaming company by 2023. Our focuses are to create a compelling multi-channel offering to our customer, build digital capability and scale, continuously evolve our venues, improve our customer experience and be committed to safe and fair gaming. 

Where are we based?


We're in the heart of the town centre, just sat off the M4 and within walking distance of the train stations, shops and restaurants. 

Our Maidenhead office is better known as being our Support Hub and is home to many of our different teams including; IT, Finance, Digital, HR & Marketing. 


Our Customer Solutions Hub is located on the picturesque part of town, known as Victoria Quays. Since opening in 2016, investment in the latest technology has helped this state-of-the-art customer contact centre really take shape to become the multi-award-winning centre of excellence it is today. Expansion has naturally occurred, and the hub is now home to teams within customer service, fraud & payments, VIP, customer experience and enhanced due diligence.


Digital delivery is what our Gibraltar office is all about. It’s where the Digi Ops, Product & Marketing Brand teams make it all happen as a cohesive unit; collaborating very closely with Customer Operations in the UK. The beautiful offices, set right on top of the Marina, are stunning setting for some of our best digital talent to create and execute ideas to keep our digital offering competitive in a tough market.
