Our recipes are Yiayia's treasures, passed down through generations and tweaked by the harshest critics we know, our own family. At The Yiros Shop, every team member learns the lot. We train everyone equally on how to cook, prepare and serve our food to the standard our customers expect, so you are never stuck doing the same task on repeat.

Our restaurants run on Team Members, Supervisors, Assistant Managers and Restaurant Managers, and most of our leaders started on the floor. Ongoing growth is one of our core values, so if you want to build skills and move up, there is always room to do it here.
