Fellows develop the skills to lead high-achieving classrooms in urban communities by directly teaching and leading their own classrooms, with hands-on support and coaching by experienced mentor teachers. They work alongside a cohort of mission-driven individuals, learning, collaborating, and having fun together throughout the summer. High-performing Fellows receive full-time offers to teach at Uncommon upon graduation.
