We want to keep things simple and no-nonsense. We aren't expecting you to be  in the office every day. Instead, we aim for a more realistic cadence for team days and key events. Of course, if you’d like to come in more often, the office is always open.

Recognition and travel

Whether you're based in London or commuting from a far, we recognise the cost of travel. That’s why we offer a London salary for these roles no matter your location. Because of this, we ask that you cover your own travel costs for those monthly office visits.

Staying flexible

We never stop listening to feedback to make things better. Quality is a big deal for us, so we’ll keep an eye on our hiring data. If we find that this policy is making it tricky to fill roles quickly with the right people, we’re open to a chat and happy to pivot
