About the Program

The Visa Leadership Associate Program (VLA) is a rotational program offering a unique development experience that enables high potential, early career talent to build a broad base of commercial capabilities and necessary experience to pursue a career at Visa. Our world-class programming will allow participants to build their network, understand our business, obtain a global mindset, and acquire new skills on their journey to becoming the next generation of Visa leaders!

About the Team

With a cohort of your peers, VLAs will experience distinct rotational assignments across rotational assignments across several areas of our business over the duration of the program. VLA graduates will be able to hone their business acumen while making a direct impact to Visa’s business.

Hiring Process and Prerequisites

Applications open in the fall each year and continue recruiting until all positions are filled. VLA participants will begin in late summer/early fall of the subsequent year. Positions are available in the United States, Asia Pacific, Europe, Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

VLA is ideal for candidates with less than two years of relevant work experience with either a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Hear from our associates

"My favorite highlight from this program is the exposure that we have to senior leaders and the opportunity to learn from their experiences. I believe that the opportunity to be mentored by them is crucial for our career growth because they understand where we are as they were once young professionals themselves."
