You will be working on projects in highly dynamic and competitive markets. Agile/Scrum is the default methodology. A strong product vision is essential along with an openness to change and improvement. Incremental delivery, a pragmatic attitude and an eye for quality are typical characteristics of a WAES client. WAES has engineers located all over the Netherlands, including major centers such as Brainport (Eindhoven, high tech), Mainport (Rotterdam), and Airport (Amsterdam, finance and start-ups). In Eindhoven, for example, where WAES has its head office, the High Tech Campus is considered the smartest square kilometer in Europe: it’s home to Philips, NXP, ASML and lots of tech startups.
