Safety First, What's the Rush?

Aurora Dairies’ “Safety First, What’s the Rush?” initiative is designed to continue building our Safety First and Safety Leadership Culture through harnessing the knowledge and experience of our people and advisors.

Our dedicated Health and Safety Team consisting of our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager, our Training, Onboarding and Safety Manager and our HSE Committee members supports us all to be Safety Leaders.

Aurora Dairies was recognised at the 2021 WorkSafe Awards, taking out the ‘Commitment to Workplace Health & Safety on a Farm‘ category. Aurora was honoured for using low-cost technology, including geo-fencing and GPS tracking, to improve safety for quadbike operators on its farms across Victoria.
