The Winsupply Support Services Rotational Apprenticeship Program (RAP) is a two-year, hands-on development initiative designed for individuals with or without a four-year degree who are seeking a career in professional services. RAP provides a structured pathway into the wholesale distribution industry, offering a blend of on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching across various departments.

Participants will rotate through three key phases:

• Six months of operational training at a Winsupply Local Company.
• Six months in customer service with WinSupport.
• 12-month concentration in one or two specialized service areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Training or Support. 

This immersive experience equips apprentices with a well-rounded understanding of business operations, while giving them exposure to multiple career paths within the organization. Upon successful completion of the program, apprentices may be considered for full-time roles across Winsupply’s support services.
