Step 1: Application & Introduction

• Once you submit your application, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your information. 
• Pro Tip 1: We list out the pay, hours and requirements of the position on the job post. Use this info to determine if our position is a good fit for you.
• Pro Tip 2: Apply with an easy to read resume and be sure to highlight your relevant experience.
• Once the hiring team has reviewed your application, if you are not chosen to move forward in the process you will be notified by email. 

Note: There is an optional video introduction link if you wish to share a little more about yourself. This video is shared with the hiring managers, so this is your chance to make a good first impression!

Step 2: Interview

• Some back office positions may be split into a phone screen then in person interview.
• Our in-person interviews are typically with two people, one will be the hiring manager and the other will be a senior staff member in the branch or department you're applying for.
• The interviews themselves are a mix of general questions about your past work experience and situational questions that relate to the job itself.

Step 3: Credit Check 

• Next, because we're a financial institution and our employees are entrusted with highly sensitive customer information, we'll request that you submit an authorization to pull a credit report prior to moving forward to the interview stage. **We follow Fair Credit Reporting Act standards.

Step 4:Offer and Background Check

• If you are selected for the position, we will call you to go over the details and ask that you complete a drug screening and criminal background check.

• Once we receive notification that the drug screen and background check has been passed, we first sound our gong, then we call you with the news!
• From there, we'll send you an official welcome letter and schedule your first day orientation.
