Along with providing a confidential 24/7 helpline for any employee in need of mental health support, the programme also offers lifestyle savings including discounted gift cards and retail discount codes.

We are pleased to offer the use of the Trust Beach Hut which is available for staff to hire - free of charge! The beach hut is equipped with all you need for a relaxing day, enjoying the sunshine on Southsea seafront. We also participate in the Cycle2Work scheme.

The Oasis Wellness Centre is an onsite facility compromising of a gym, indoor heated swimming pool and a series of health and treatment services and is available to all staff for £20 per month.

The facility also offers one on one sessions with a Personal Trainer, which are bookable in advance, as well as fitness classes.

Our annual leave year runs from the 1st of April to the 31st of March.

In addition to public holidays, new colleagues will receive up to 27 days of annual leave, rising to 29 days after 5 years’ service, and 33 days after 10 years.

For employees working part-time or shifts, annual leave and public holiday entitlements are calculated and taken in hours and on a pro-rata basis for part-time employees. The number of Bank Holidays may vary in a leave year depending on when Easter falls.
